
While we try our best to thoroughly test all apps, sometimes bugs can slip through the cracks. Here are some suggestions to keep things running smoothly.
- Jailbroken Devices.
- We don't officially support jailbroken devices and we can’t prevent issues that may be caused by software that isn’t supported by Apple. However our apps are tested on as many platforms as possible to ensure the best user experience.
- Restart your Device.
- A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod touch. If you are having problems, try this first.
- Re-Download the Application
- Once purchased initially you should be able to download the application from the App Store at no additional cost. Please be aware that removing the app and downloading a new version may cause you to lose data from the previous version.
- Keep your OS up to date.
- Although we test the spectrum of versions we try our best to keep up with the latest features that Apple has to offer (and you should too!). For the best user experience, upgrade to the latest iPhone software.
